Orders & shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 7 to 12 business days within the US. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes, US orders over $45 ship free. Smaller orders have a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we only ship within the United States. We plan to add more countries soon.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best. After that your order may already be on its way.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for unused items in their original packaging. See Shipping & Returns for details.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Sorry about that. Email a photo to hello@adhdock.com within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a refund.
Products
Are these products only for people with ADHD?
Not at all. They are for anyone whose brain wanders, gets distracted or loses track of time. A lot of our customers buy them as gifts.
Will these products treat ADHD?
No. Our products are everyday tools, not medical devices, and they do not diagnose, treat or cure anything.

Shipping & returns
Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive in 7 to 12 business days. Free shipping on orders over $45.
Some items ship from different warehouses, so you may receive more than one package. Each one comes with its own tracking link.
Returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Email hello@adhdock.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the item. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund, no need to return it.
Not returnable
Digital downloads, gift cards and items marked final sale.
